เราไม่ใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์อื่นใดโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent.

หลังครบระยะเวลา ข้อมูลจะถูกลบออกอย่างปลอดภัย After the retention period, data is securely deleted.

เราไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณแก่บุคคลที่สาม We do NOT sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

subprocessors ทุกรายผูกพันด้วยสัญญาการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่เป็นไปตาม PDPA All subprocessors are bound by PDPA-compliant data processing agreements.

ตามหลัก PDPA ผู้ให้ข้อมูลมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้: Under PDPA, you have the following rights as a data subject:

สิทธิเข้าถึง (Right to Access) Right to Access

คุณสามารถขอสำเนาข้อมูลทั้งหมดที่เรามีเกี่ยวกับคุณ — เราตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน You can request a copy of all data we hold about you — we respond within 30 days.
สิทธิแก้ไข (Right to Rectification) Right to Rectification

คุณสามารถขอแก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้องได้ You can correct or update inaccurate data.
สิทธิในการลบข้อมูล (Right to Erasure) Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten")

คุณสามารถขอให้ลบข้อมูลของคุณ ยกเว้นกรณีที่เรามีภาระผูกพันทางกฎหมายในการเก็บรักษา You can request deletion of your data, except where we have a legal obligation to retain it.

เนื่องจาก PDPA Article 28 กำหนดให้ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลต้องเก็บอยู่ในประเทศไทย เราวางแผนเก็บข้อมูลลูกค้าทั้งหมดใน AWS Bangkok (ap-southeast-7) เพื่อ data residency ตาม PDPA Article 28 In compliance with PDPA Article 28, we plan to store all customer data exclusively in AWS Bangkok (ap-southeast-7) to ensure data residency within Thailand.

ซึ่งหมายความว่า: This means:

ไม่มีการส่งข้อมูลออกนอกประเทศไทยโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม No data is transferred outside Thailand without explicit consent
ข้อมูลของคุณอยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย (PDPA) Your data is covered by Thai legal framework (PDPA)
